It uses Panama's climate to its advantage to provide an experience of well-being and comfort.Balconies and sunshades are architectural solutions for protecting the interior from direct solar radiation, reducing the need for air conditioning and other cooling systems, which in turn reduces energy consumption and improves the comfort of building users.A solar study revealed that, due to its location, the façade would be exposed to direct radiation. We designed a façade with sunshades and deep balconies to reduce this radiation.
